Ok so this is what happened two days after I spilt tea on my laptop..
1.Most of the keyboard buttons stopped working
2.Now pc sends //////////;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;///// keys every few seconds
3.Touchpad started working (lols)

But the computer still works? That's good news. Don't know about laptop keyboards, but on regular ones you can easily pop out the keys and clean them.

Yeah except for I am nto a very careful person I have fucked keys up many times.
