Messy

Pretty good beginning, nice roll in and stuff
The main lead is definitely too loud in places and it doesn't sound well distorted or it is the consequnces of flanger effect. Note when the sound appears scratchy and add limiters (0:20). I think your track doesn't have a real bassline, there is something second lead and it is similar to the first one and is also sawy. I think that what makes it sound kind of "on the top".

Phyortek responds:

I added no limiters, and my volume levels were a little shaky at parts.
Well, Im working to correct it.
Thanks for the great review!

As for bass, yeah, i'v got a LOT of saws combined in this song, a bass would get lost in it. You can bearly even hear my hits. Blahhh

lol

Nice noise. Have you tried to listen to it before uploading?

PrMnsOpera responds:

Well actually no...
When I encoded it it was done faster than expected, and thus gave me a crappy encoding. The entire bass line droped out. It was also really just to put something together, not nessecarily sound good.

But thanks anyway...

Keep up the style

This is the style I like but I can't give 5, song was very simple. Well you can keep it repeatitive but make strong drops/build ups you know what I am saying (:
good luck

Hyperion666 responds:

yeh i dig wutcha sayin it was just a smooth relaxing chill beat no big drops or nething was needed n they always say the simpler the beat the more catchy it is so i try to work that into my styles but thanks for the constructive criticism i love hearing ideas

Good stuff man

Nice track. I love the selection of synths and good quality. Really good ambient stuff, I am not a fan of trance but this was really good. Good luck

Pretty Good

Hello. Song is really nice as it keeps changing all the time. THough I have some notes about eqing. There seems to be a lot of high freq sounds and it lacks some mid range but I think you shouldn't reduce hats volume but to increase kick, snare and bass levels. Other than that, sounds similar to loki, good job

SteakJohnson responds:

thx and yeah ive had trouble with the high freq sounds bcause i resampled my drumloops with the hats too loud, and that fl studio file is gone, so Ive been tryin to mess with the velocities, thx for review tho
